Prior to joining Momentum Law, Paras was with AZB & Partners for nearly four years, where he was part of the Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity team.

Paras regularly advises issuers, underwriters, and selling shareholders on initial public offerings (IPOs), follow-on public offerings (FPOs), qualified institutions placements (QIPs), rights issues, infrastructure investment trusts (InvITs), real estate investment trusts (REITs), global depository receipts (GDRs), and offers for sale (OFS) under both Regulation S and Rule 144A regimes.

In the recent past, he has been involved in transactions involving issuance and restructuring of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs), overseas bond offerings, Indian listings of non-convertible debentures (NCDs), and private placements of infrastructure and other unlisted NCDs.
