She advises food business operators, manufacturers, importers and retailers on the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 and the rules and regulations framed thereunder — licensing and registration, product approvals, labelling and claims compliance, standards and additives, recalls, and responses to inspection reports, improvement notices and adjudication proceedings before Adjudicating Officers and Appellate Tribunals. Her regulatory work extends to allied consumer-protection and legal metrology issues, allowing clients to be advised on a single, coherent compliance position rather than in silos.

Alongside her regulatory practice, Manapreet has appeared in and conducted criminal litigation, commercial and civil disputes, and property and title matters before the Delhi High Court and the district courts.
